Cracking video mate! And thanks for joining in with #EmbraceTheGrey I thought you had two really good images there. If I had to pick one I would pick the 2nd one because of it's simplicity. Nicely exposed as well with just a hint of light reflecting of the railings of the step. Great work. Oh, I notice you mentioned you switched to manual focus when using a 10 stop so the camera focus doesn't hunt when you hit the shutter. Have you considered configuring your camera for back button focusing (BBF)?

Both great images, but the first just shaded it for me. enjoyed the vlog now sub'd.

I liked both images but preferred the first one. The long exposures worked out really well. Great video

Perfect way to #embracethegrey Tom, both images were superb but preferred the first one marginally. I love this type of minimalist work and something I want to do more of. The devil in me was waiting for your lens cloth to blow off the filter holder into that gunk though lol !! Oh, and yes you did say sh*t !

Number 2 for me Tom. Made me look twice at the subject , which is always good.

Great laid back video there. Enjoyed it with a cup of fresh ground robusta

Cracking vid, one of your best. Beautiful images too. Second is my favourite,. The tiny bit of light between the uprights is spot on. ๐Ÿ‘

I think the image at 9:26 turned out well. I like its simplicity. Great job and I like the embrace the grey concept

Both images are โ€˜sickโ€™ Tom. Of the 2, Iโ€™d go with the first as there is more symmetry which is important with this genre of minimalist photography. Your reaction after you saw the back of the screen was excellent and brought a smile. Cracking little vlog Tom๐Ÿ‘You will soon hit that magic number!

The first has more punch by far( for me ) also it has depth which I found more thought provoking .
Enjoyed the Vlog Tom and hope to come down your way this year, your work is that inspiring.

Cracking…..second image was my favourite. Just like the simplicity of the stairs as the point of interest. I think having the rock in shot adds a bit to much to a simple photo.

Nice vlog and 2 great images. I like them both but I maybe would have done the steps as a portrait. Not sure to be honest. I'd have to look at it for a few days to decide ๐Ÿ˜€

Ooo, you little Micheal Kenna you! Mate, those 2 have to be my favourite of your images by a country mile. I am super impressed. You are turning into a cracking photographer! Of the 2 I prefer the first, you can take the minimalist stuff too far. But generally very impressed, this sort of stuff is right up my street and you nailed it buddy!
